At Ibstock Business Centre, we provide our office suites on flexible, short term contracts, perfect for start ups and growing businesses in the Ibstock, Coalville, Ashby and surrounding areas. This allows you to set a good first impression, by having an office with a reception service, without having to worry about getting tied into any long term contracts. You also have the option to upgrade to a bigger suite in the future, depending on availability.
All of our suites have their own separate intruder alarms to ensure that your suite is always as secure as possible. We therefore also provide an entry fob so that you can have 24/7 easy access to your room. Additional fobs can also be supplied upon request.
Heating is included free of charge, along with each room having it's own electric meter, so that you only have to pay for what you use. We can suppply broadband and IP telephone handsets (free calls unless to premium numbers) to your room at a small cost.
We have a car park on site which is reserved for leaseholders only, along with two public car parks within a few minutes walking distance, both of which allows free all day parking, making it ideal for tenants with employees or clients who may visit the business centre.
We have an onsite tearooms next to our reception area who can deliver food and drinks straight to your room, meaning you don't have to go far to get your lunch. Ideal for when customers arrive early and may want to get a quick drink while they wait.
